As a Customer Service Representative/E-Commerce Assistant you will be a key member of the team handling a wide range of duties with room to grow alongside the business.
THIS ROLE IS FULLY OFFICE BASED!
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule listings on social media platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, telephone, and social media.
- Handle objections and complaints professionally and respectfully.
- Conduct missing parcel investigations.
- Use the AI-powered E-commerce helpdesk system to raise and action tickets.
- Keeping abreast of reviews on Trust Pilot and engaging the customers in response to those reviews.
- Use SHOPIFY to navigate the online store, doing things like creating and removing products and giving customers product information.
Personal Requirements:
- Experience in Customer Services for at least 2 years is essential.
- An interest in fashion or a background in clothing retail is desirable.
- Basic IT skills required (full training will be provided on internal systems).
- Previous experience with Shopify is not essential but desirable.
- Understanding and use of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc).
- An enthusiasm to learn.
- Demonstratable multi-tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday – Please note this role is fully office based.
Salary: £26,000 – £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
