Positive Employment is currently recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant for our client in Southwark.

The successful post-holder will provide administrative support to HR teams, maintaining systems and processes.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previously worked as a Recruitment Assistant/ Administrator
  • Self-motivated and results driven
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Have a can-do attitude and be tenacious
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
  • Strong in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with job boards and LinkedIn

 

KEY SKILLS:

  • Computer literate
  • HR advice / employment law knowledge
  • Knowledge of HCM/HR systems (SAP/Oracle etc)
  • Knowledge of transactional / payroll processes / records management

 

Working hours: 09.00 – 17.15, Monday to Friday

Rate: £15.12 umbrella

 

This is a Temporary role but could possibly become permanent
