Our client based in North London are currently recruiting a Highways Project Coordinator to provide effective and efficient administrative support services for their Energy Team

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours
  • Organising, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
  • Take minutes and actions at all meetings, track and follow up on actions with relevant owners
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
  • Assisting with ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Assisting with project changes and reporting
  • Providing administrative support as needed
  • Undertaking project tasks as required
  • Developing project strategies
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience using computers for a variety of task including MS office. A high level of skill in using Excel and MS Project

This is a Temporary role but could possibly become permanent
