We are currently recruiting a Personal Assistant for our client’s Corporate Management team based in Eastbourne.

This role requires providing efficient, high quality project, diary management and administrative support to the Corporate Management team.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Experience of working in a similar level role
  • Plan and co-ordinate activities to enable the management team to operate efficiently, planning
  • and organising diaries and ensuring smooth day to day running of the office as required
  • Organise and support team meetings as and when necessary
  • Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements for meetings, appointments, presentations and follow up requests for information, outstanding reports, and correspondence
  • Manage communications received in the absence of the management team, ensuring that at all times risks are monitored in the decisions taken either in response or disseminating information to others as appropriate
  • Managing conflicting priorities
  • Collating information for reports
  • Undertaking research
  • Communicating effectively at all levels
  • Experience of working as part of a team 


  • DBS clearance
  • 3 years’ reference
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competence in Microsoft products

  • £13-£15 p/h
