We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join a team as a Registered Care Manager responsible for two sites, a 7 bed residential and a 9 bed Supportive Living unit in Enfield, North London.
Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Ensure all residents have a dynamic support plan which involves the person and their safety.
- Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the homes, and resources effectively.
- Relate and support people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
- Budget and/or financial management, including filling voids.
- Self-audit the services, in line with legislation and policies.
- Liaise and establish quality working relationships with the families and professionals.
Personal Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years previously registered with CQC in the role of Registered Care Manager, holding a minimum Good CQC rating, and full knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Minimum of three years’ experience of working with people with a learning disability and/or complex needs in a Residential and Supportive Living setting.
- Minimum three years working in a Management supervisory capacity, managing a small size staffing team.
- A relevant Health or Social Care Managerial Qualification with good literacy, numeracy, report writing, administrative and organisational skills.
- Good understanding of Social care and Accommodation services.
- Full Driving licence.
Working Hours: 09:00 am – 17:00 pm – Monday – Friday
Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per annum + benefits
